Bloom cafe has been closed on Sunday evenings each time I've gone by in the past. Sometimes their opening & closing hours are flexible. Public Market has later hours & are consistent, but you'll need to check as they have started closing earlier. RE store does charge for their meeting rooms.

Sunday the 13th is also Samish Transition's first potluck & neighborhood gathering, as posted under our Events page, so the 13th might conflict with some those folks schedules.

I haven't sent out any invites yet because I have not yet heard back if we will be able to use Bloom at that time. Is there anywhere else we could possibly have this meeting? (does the Sustainable Living Center charge to use the room?) I would like to send out the invites to everyone by the end of Wednesday.

It will be on the 13th. I'm just securing a location and then I'll put out a notice for it.

I'll finalize the time of day and place by the end of this weekend and let everyone know.
