- How are you currently involved in the Transition?
- Currently I am reading everything I can get my hands on about climate change, peak oil, and the sustainable future. Very soon, I will be attending everything that I can to network with like minded people.
- In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
- For me, it all started with an interest in voluntary simplicity, then I fell down the rabbit hole and ended up here.
- Do you have particular interests, skills, talents or resources you would like to bring to Transition Whatcom?

As Winter approaches, my thoughts turn towards obtaining firewood. I could buy some, but before I do, Perhaps I could barter. My wife Kim (who some of you know through her cupcakes brought to our monthly gatherings), has volunteered the following services: ready to reheat meals (she is a professional chef and baker), and/or cake/cupcake decorating. You had mentioned you might want to volunteer for the next event- which is tomorrow! So if you are still planning on coming and can come a little early (noon) or stay after a little and help out that would be awesome.
