well i am 2 weeks late, but better late than never....thanks to all who showed up for a great lunch, some theatre and good fellowship.....

Two gatherings this week. On Sunday we have our very own 350.org event. From 1-3pm we will be celebrating "solar panels soon" (next couple of months). They will cover the HUGE 350.org sign painted on my roof last year for the day of climate action. (Check Peggy's roof on page 6 of this week's Cascadia Weekly.)

Join us at Peggy's at 5648 Orchard Dr. Bring food for a late lunch, brunch or whatever. Call 384-0861 for directions.

Judith's last email announcing Transition Ferndale meetings initially stated
the wrong evening for our regular meetings. Later in the email she mentioned Tuesdays, and we are in fact scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month. I hope to see you at my house this Tuesday, the 28th

what a great time at Tina and Ed's last tuesday. thanks for you hospitality! what a great place you have. I look forward to watching it thru the seasons.... it was fun to see the Montana Maple again. And it was great fun to see the kids come alive in their own territory....

Thanks to Laurita and Judith D for hosting a great time at their house last Tuesday. Each time we are getting to know each other better.

There are enough of us that communication is becoming complicated. From now on we will post events here but will send out the details to our Transition Ferndale email list. If you want to be on the list to receive all the news, please send me your email address. For privacy you can friend me and send your email in a message.

Upcoming Events: In general we are sticking to our 2nd and 4th Tuesday gatherings. Movie nights are on hiatus for the summer.
