Jean,

I'd like to talk with you about making chicken feed. I heard you do that. I'm researching recipes and would like to compare notes.

thanks, Angela 733-3541

Hi Doctor Jean! Glad you've joined our Earth Gardens network!  Be sure to contact Shannon M and sign up for our local “Garden E-News”. Details at - http://transitionwhatcom.ning.com/group/organic/forum/topics/member-info-events-links

Most of us share our news & events with Shannon and then she volunteers her time to compile & emails them out as 'Garden E-News'. (That helps keep all our online-garden-traffic low).

This weekend there is lots going on – Seed-Saving Class with Celt, Annual Mushroom Show, Cidar Pressing, two Chinese Medicine classes with Dov, and our regional Permaculture Convergence!

Thanks for all you do & share in our community!

Hi Jean,
I am new to Sudden Valley and am wanting to connect with other TW people who live out here. Do you know if there is an ongoing conversation about how to move things in a sustainable direction here in Sudden Valley? Would you be interested in participating in a conversation like that?

Hi Jean, welcome, it's great to see you here on Transition Whatcom. If you're interested, you might want to check out the groups (under the Groups tab at the top) and there is a group called "Moving Forward in Good Health" that is about sustainable healthcare and taking care of our bodies. There may also be a Transition Sudden Valley group, I'm not sure, or you could start one!
