Hi everyone. I am really excited about our two week intensive Permaculture Design Course at Feral Farm. Imagine camping at a beautiful, naturally managed farm on the Sauk River for 2 weeks, learning how to survive and live sustainably. Students will work on how to manage our waste and generate electricity onsite, as well as coming up with a comprehensive design and… Continue

Hi David! Wonderful to see you in person and looking forward to meeting the newest member born into your community this autumn!
I'm looking forward to trying some of the reishi tincture and if the myceliums bring us together to hold & smell the fungi from the Himalians from your summer travels!
Thanks for posting your medicine walk event on TW...Let me know if you'd like me to pass the word through my network. I'm not sure if I can attend due to another event, although i will be there in spirit!
I just brought home some Rhodiola tincture...remember we both were looking at the caps...I think the tincure is a good idea since much of it bypasses the gut and goes quicker into blood & brain.
Would you like to coordinate a time to bring folks down to David S & Mat's Skagit land sometime before it gets too freezing & icing outside? Would be good to walk in their forest looking for fungi friends. Hugs!

Hi David, and welcome! It's great to see your name here on Transition Whatcom. We just had a great meeting a few days ago about the new kind of healthcare system we are going to need to set up before oil goes away. Less drugs and hospitals, more people knowing how to take care of themselves and what herbs to grow. You might be interested in these discussions-- if so, you can go to the "Groups" tab of this website and join the group called "Take Back Your Health." Cheers!
