I called Joyce Jimerson today about zero waste participating in the Bike Bellingham event. She was out so I left a voice mail. I am leaving for nine days on September 5, but I will pass on your information to Jill Witt who is the lead person on the Bike Bellingham project. That is if I am unable to get called back by Joyce before I leave.
Hi Mary, We're all blessed by you moving to our community and sharing your gifts in educating & volunteering, & being a friend! Your 'zero waste'project at our Unleashing Event was the highlight of the weekend for me. I have a pic of the literal hand-ful of 'waste' that we were not able to recycle. All you do around the country and here is so amazing! Save a copy of the paper so I can read in person with you, the Herald recycle article, and congrats to Fumio his part in this. Enjoy your family over these holidays! http://www.bellinghamherald.com/2010/12/29/1792120/mary-jensen-connects-nonprofit.html#
