Two permaculture convergences this year - yes. One in Oregon, and one on the dry side of the mountain, I think near Spokane, that Skeeter will attend.  I'll try to post details later.  thanks Kelda for getting the Oregon one posted...I'm not sure if I can attend, but will see.  See you at the Herbal Fair!

Hi Kelda! Como esta! Would you post as an event on our TransitionWhatcom site, the two upcoming permaculture convergences?

Here is an Event link to go to after signing on to TW- http://transitionwhatcom.ning.com/events/event/new?cancelTarget=http%3A%2F%2Ftransitionwhatcom.ning.com%2Fevents

Also consider posting any PDC classes that are committed to being held, and possibly the seed-saving workshop that marisha is doing.

Hope you'll come north to the Herbal Fair in Skagit county this August...so many plant people will be there!

Hi Kelda, You might want to connect with Eric who is active community member, and student at Western, now taking the eco-agriculture class. He is also on faceb. Here is EricsTW page-http://transitionwhatcom.ning.com/profile/Eric

I left him a comment on his page with your link...Try sending him a WT friend request or faceb request.

I hope you'll share the good news as students sign up for the pdc course!

yea Kelda, your PDC at Wild Thyme is now listed as a featured event!

Remember to also ask David M if he will include the event on the next e-mailing of Transition Whatcom, as their is a list of over 500 folks on it.

I just sent you & Shannnon an email.  Let me know what you decide on Feb 11th re number of students...We will do our best to pass the word at the seed-swap.....or come on up yourself....would be great to have you.

Hi Kelda!  I just posted a link to the winter Wild Thyme Permaculture Design Course on this Earth Gardens network I initiated a yr ago...so at least over 150 folks will hear about it.  Here's the link- http://transitionwhatcom.ning.com/group/organic?commentId=2723460%3AComment%3A41533&xg_source=activity

Did I mention you might want to connect with Shannon Maris and request she add info to the next emailed 'Garden E-News"?  You can find her here under the members page - just pass on your email to her...or send me an email request.

Ok traveling most excellent PDC instructor...you are always welcome to journey north to people of the Salish Sea - central watershed...Sure hope you don't delete yourself after the course...Even Bill Aal is still on this network!

Welcome Kelda inspiring permaculture teacher extrodinaire!

Your discussion on the permaculture course is located right on the front TW page...just scroll down and look to the left....or click here- http://transitionwhatcom.ning.com/forum/topics/permaculture-design-course-at

Your event will be under the Event tab.

When you've a chance, send me a TW friend request, or look for the one I sent you

Also, if you look through the Grow NW mag, you might find some upcoming events that you would want to get hand-posters & flyers to.  I'm also thinking about how I can make a connection between you & a student & staff person at WWU.
