Event Description
Please join us for a potluck social at River Haven Community farm. Learn about this amazing farm, go on a tour, explore the property (incl. the shores of Nooksack River and Fishtrap Creek), meet some GREAT people, eat some excellent (mainly local) food and have a good time. There is also camping space if people want to spend the night.
Prior to this potluck, we will have workshop on converting diesel vehicles to run on waste vegetable oil. Attend this event too if you want to make a whole day out of it. http://transitionwhatcom.ning.com/events/straight-vegetable-oil-svo

Sorry to miss gathering! I'll be at tribal gathering on the other side of the mountains sharing & learning from plants & the earth in community camping on the land. Good to hear some folks will attend the Democracy School given by CELDF and hosted by our our local Living Democracy initiating group.

CELDF's Democracy School is scheduled for Bellingham on the 24th and 25th, so this potluck is timely as a capstone and a breath of fresh air after that intense legal seminar. I look forward to joining you.
