Meditation and yoga have been found to be effective tools in re-establishing inner balance, clarity and peace of mind. Don't miss this opportunity to experience a powerful meditation technique as taught by Amma, an internationally recognized humanitarian and spiritual teacher ( The IAM meditation technique offers an integration of gentle relaxation exercises with an effective and easy-to-practice meditation technique that can be comfortably performed by anyone in just 20 minutes.
