It is during times of transition that we ask agin the basic questions of our lives: Who am I? What do I believe? What gives me meaning? Using the healing energy of the woods and the grounding presence of the earth, we will practice quieting our minds, opening our senses, and deepening both our self-awareness and awareness of the natural world around us to explore the answers to these questions. Bring a pad to sit on, a journal and pen and lunch and water.
