Many of us have benefited from your 1983 booklet, "Maritime Northwest Vegetable Gardening Almanac". Years ago I created my own planting time-table-chart that I still use with your sowing & transplanting chart.
Great idea to post a copy in the kitchen!
(I'll look forward also to the republishing of your book "Winter Gardening in the Maritime Northwest: Cool-Season Crops for the Year-Round Gardener".
I'll look forward to future times together on the land in our gardens!

- Welcome Binda! So glad to see you here, and also at last years seed-exchange!
There are a few of us old-time gardeners that most likely have well worn copies of your books, which now cannot even be found in used books stores because we're all still gardening & reading! I also like to encourage native vegetation and would like to find some native grass seeds to use in a wooded clearing that has not yet been invaded by reed-canary-grass. Enjoy exploring the ning site! There is an organic gardeners-permaculturist group here too, and discussions on alternative transportation & energy, and gardeners working together!
