I'll send you an invite to a couple of the networking groups on this ning site that are related to gardens & seed-saving. Last year a small volunteer group created the winter Community Seed-Swap & we hosted speakers for International Seed-Savers Day at Village Books. The upcoming dates we are tenatively looking at our Jan 16 for combo art & seed speakers at Bloom cafe, and Jan 31st for seed-swap. (I'll be in town for the 16th but gone for 31st)
Hi Gail, Are you interested in joining with some other community volunteers to co-create some upcoming seed-saving events with speakers & artists & musicians?
We could use the help of you & friends!
Hi Gail! Welcome to our local transition ning-site!
Many of us are garden-mentors or new gardeners and love working in each others gardens!
The second local seed-saving swap of the year is coming up this weekend!
There are some gardener groups on this ning site,...and someday I'm betting there will be a Fairhaven/HappyValley & beyond neighborhood group site!
