Bellingham City Council hearing tonight on Initiative 1631

Hello folks,

I've been working on the Yes on 1361 campaign to make top polluters in Washington State pay for their carbon output. The Bellingham City Council is having a public hearing this evening to endorse the measure, and there will be some people from the NO campaign rallying in protest. The YES campaign is asking for supporters of the measure to show up to demonstrate their support. 6:30 Monday 10/22 at Council chambers. Hearing is at 7:00.
