In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?: I have been involved with Transition initiatives for the past 10 years, ever since I read Rob Hopkins' first book. I believe in community-based resilience building and localization.

Do you have particular interests, skills, talents or resources you would like to bring to Transition Whatcom?: Permaculture, gardening and composting, some natural building, some small group facilitation. I work for Chelsea Green Publishing and so can also be a source for some relevant books and possibly authors.

In what neighborhood or part of the county do you reside?: Columbia neighborhood in Bellingham
