About Us
North Cascade Meats is a farmers' cooperative that has proposed and is working to establish a new custom cut and USDA meat processing facility for Whatcom, Skagit and Island County.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide farmers with increased access to USDA processing services. To offer a wholesale branded program that brings locally raised meats to our local markets. To ensure availability of timely processing year round. To provide verifiable accountability of the animals processed. To deliver final product to your specifications. To maintain fair pricing along with superior quality control. And ultimately, to increase local farming to a level that meets local demand for healthy, pasture-raised meat.

Serving Whatcom, Skagit and Island counties, North Cascade Meats - A Farmers' Cooperative, will provide slaughter and processing services to their farm members. This includes custom cut, USDA processing for private sale and USDA processing and wholesale under the co-op brand, North Cascade Meats.
