6th Annual Community Seed Swap
"Putting Seeds Into the Hands of the People”
Sunday, January 26, 2014
2:30-5:30 Doors Open to Public
The Majestic - 1027 North Forest St. (intersection of Maple St)
Requested Donation: $3/Person, $5/Family
Light refreshments will be served

2:30 - Doors Open to the Public
3:30 - "Master Seed Saving" talk by Brian Kerkvliet
4:15 - "Basic Seed Saving talk by Celt Schira
5:30 - Swap ends

Who Should Attend:
- People with Extra Seed, Seed-Potatoes & Edible Tubers to Share ((Please have items in labeled envelopes or containers) .
This is a GMO free and pure seeds event!

- People without seed who want seeds to grow!

Guidelines:  Share, Learn, Label, & Bring more seeds next year.

Volunteers & Seed-Savers arrive at 1pm for set-up before public. Sign up at door for shift as Seed-Table-Host.

Seed Swap Guidelines:

* Take Only What You Can Grow

* Leave Enough for Others

* Be Respectful & Have Fun!

* Label Seeds You Bring With Lots of Details:

(Variety Name, If Seed Is Open-Pollinated 'OP”, Year & Region Harvested)

* Learn How To Save Seeds !

So We Have More Next Year To Share!  Plant Seeds!  Sing Songs!

Seed-Swap Update: Set-Up 1pm for Volunteers & Those with Seeds.

Open to Public 2:30-5:30. Sunday January 26th.

There will also be a suggested donation of $3 this year for individuals, or $5 for a family.
