How are you currently involved in the Transition?
I used to meet with Transition Goshen and was a small homesteader with dairy goats, meat rabbits, and chickens. I have knowledge about milking, spinning, soft cheesemaking, and some basic herbal medicine. I moved back into town a while ago and am slowly working on transforming my lot into a little urban homestead.
Do you have particular interests, skills, talents or resources you would like to bring to Transition Whatcom?

Where did you hear about Transition Whatcom and how did you find our community network website?
I used to meet with Transition Goshen - found out about it through neighbors.

But if you need me to keep them a little while longer for you I could arrange some temporary shelter for them.  Let me know what works for you :)

Oh, I am so glad that you are working!  That does make me feel better even if we can't have you as the kids' teacher.  Becca is home schooling both Sarah and Sean this year.  We all got Greg Janzen.  He's nice enough.  Kim doesn't particularly like him, nor does Becca.  I'm ambivalent.  He seems pretty hands off if that's what I want so that works for me! lol  Kim is rocking it with a great start.  Her goal is to promote to 7th by the end of March.  How is your new place?  We'd love to get together with you for tea or something.  Let me know if that's something you want to do.  My email is safine752@gmail.com.  Congrats on the position :)
