and Take-Down/Clean-Up is 4pm.
We all volunteer to make this event a success.
Doors open to public at 1pm, with finger-foods,
and intro-seed-etiquette circle.
Swapping Seeds & Sharing Stories goes until 4pm.
“Basic Seed-Saving” class with Celt will be from 2-3pm downstairs hall.
(Disregard the Bham Heralds time errors).
Remember to label your seed varieties, especially your premium seeds, and whether they are open-pollinated/heirloom type, and if they are grown with organic methods.
Bring envelopes to take home seeds.
Uprising Seeds will be attending the seed swap and sharing their wisdom & abundance.
Our sponsor list has grown to 15, and now also includes: Bellingham Food Bank Glean, Bellingham Flatbread & Bakery, and Common Threads Farm, along with those listed earlier.
We welcome cash donations from all who can, as this is what will fund next years swap! Checks can be written to 'Sustainable Bellingham".
More sponsors are supporting the Seed Swap!
We have many finger-food sponsors donating this year (thanks to Suki's initiative!):
Community Food Coop, Terra Organica, Living Earth Herbs (tea), Flats bakery with gluten free dipping bread), and possibly the Great Harvest.
Additional potential sponsors: WSU, Outback Farm, Irish Eyes Seeds
