I'm not sure what you mean about currently involved. We live in the Lake Whatcom watershed and am actively managing our property without the use of any chemicals whatsoever.
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
I've been aware of the term Regeneration since at least 2016 and see it miss-used more often than properly used. I'm also very concerned about salmon and overall land management that continues to do more harm than regeneration
Do you have particular interests, skills, talents or resources you would like to bring to Transition Whatcom?
I have particular interest in salmon regeneration (and all that is involved) and proper management of our watersheds. I have a background in mindful real estate development and real estate financing as a former public official for a major PNW city and a 35 year career in the field.
In what neighborhood or part of the county do you reside?
Where did you hear about Transition Whatcom and how did you find our community network website?
