Lakes, related streams and sub-watersheds
Surface and storm water systems and the use
of pervious greenways/greenbelts adjacent to higher density
plats. The economics of providing incentives for "green belting" (density reduction) with 'smart' building- low imperv % builds

It worked... now it didn't work
Monthly... regular e-mailings & not emotional constant crap- we have Cable & 'Faux' news for that... & some of the best Co. Reps money can buy KK not SC Now...
