3 People seeking 2-3 bedroom Home/Cabin/Guest Home/Duplex/Basement Apt

3 employed professionals seeking long-term rental (at least 2 years, but more is ideal) in Bellingham or very near Bellingham. $1200 or less is our budget. We are all in our 30's, quiet, love to garden, cook, hike, love animals, no partying. 2 well-behaved cats. Seeking rental ASAP or by June 1st at the latest. 2+ bedrooms is all we need as 2 people are a couple. 
My new landlord just raised my rent by 60% and gave me 30 days notice so anything soon-ish is best.
