3 People seeking 2-3 bedroom Home/Cabin/Guest Home/Duplex/Basement Apt

3 employed professionals seeking long-term rental (at least 2 years, but more is ideal) in Bellingham or very near Bellingham. $1200 or less is our budget. Looking for Cat Sitter in Everson- August

I am having a difficult time finding someone to check on my cats while away in August for 5 days. We need someone who is responsible, has some references and experience. We live in Everson and all the commercial places want to add $20 a day to their regular fee just to come here which I find absurd. Our two, indoor only cats are very easy to care for. they basically need food in their dish and the rest is about keeping the house cool. "ISO - fresh cut hardwood (within the last 2 months) Oak, Maple, Cherry or Beech (preference in that order). Not a lot, maybe a small pile of logs. "

Profile Information

How are you currently involved in the Transition?
I garden at home on a large scale, have worked for farms and i am friends with local organic growers. I make every effort possible to support the community in a healthy way.
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
Ideally I would like to have my own organic farm to grow produce on, but currently it's just part of the dream. This farm would likely be in Whatcom and I want to know what's going on with the people that I relate to.
Do you have particular interests, skills, talents or resources you would like to bring to Transition Whatcom?
