Transition Whatcom

Hi All,

I've been contacted by a journalist looking for anyone who has tried
(with or without success) growing grains in an urban setting. All of
my work has been conducted out in the County, so I don't have a lot of
feedback on small lots. I would appreciate any leads anyone has to
offer, both for his research and for my own personal interest/
networking with other small scale grain growers.

Thanks!

Hi Krista,
There is an event coming up on small scale grain growing at inspiration farm you might want to attend.
Info on TW events page - http://transitionwhatcom.ning.com/events/small-scale-grain-growing-...

Also, my friend Ona on Lopez Island. grows both vegies & grain & beans for her family in a large garden lot.
If you ever want to connect with her and network, give me a call so I can pass on her number to you.
She will also be attending the Bullocks permaculure design course this year.
She is one of our regions true master-gardeners.
I don't understand your question!
