Chicken Run Help needed :)

I currently am using a chicken tractor that was given to me. 
It has served well for 3 months and is falling apart at the seems. 
It has had tons of patch work done and just needs to retire. 
I have a large portion of my backyard I think would work well for a chicken run/small coop
and wondered if there is anyone out there who would be able to come over to my place
and help me think through what might be the necessary supplies and caveats for doing it this way. 

This is my first chicken experience and I have 4, 8 month old hens.
