This experiential, outdoors class is an antidote to the stressful, disconnectedness of modern life.

An invitation to slow down and to…….

• Quiet our minds and open our hearts, as well as our senses, to a specific place and its inhabitants
• Allow the natural world to bring peace and centeredness
• Feel what nature evokes in you
• Share with each other
• Recover the experience of connection – with ourselves, each other, and our world.
• Explore the relationship between how nature lives in us, and how we live in nature
• Discover/create a changed relationship with nature within ourselves, which helps us to  change our world.

 Through structured activities, individual time, sharing in circle, we will ground ourselves in the place where we live; and explore our human heart and soul relationship with the natural world.
