Event Description

I'm running this class up to 3 times today, at 1 PM for Homeschool Families, at 4 PM for Youth & Family, and 7 PM for Adults, with older, focused youth welcome in the evening as well.

We will start with a brief survival scenario simply designed to help you assess the emergency skills you already have, and then review the Wolf College recommended emergency preparedness items before asking you to make your own list for home.

Then we'll sit go over the Critical Order of Survival, and you will receive a copy of my essay on the subject, which you can read in advance by clicking on http://wolfcollege.com/wolfjourney/essays/order.html

During the last half of class, we'll divide into groups where you can work on the survival skills that most interest you, including: safety, navigation, survival shelter, water purification, traditional fire by friction, and wild edibles, among other choices.

The cost is $15 if you pay at class, or just $10 if you RSVP in advance at http://wolfcollege.com/wolfjourney/classbham.html or http://www.meetup.com/Wolf-Journey-Students-in-Whatcom-Skagit/
