What to grow/start in cold frames

I found some free windows a while back and decided to build two cold frames with them. Now that I've finished the construction, I'm trying to figure out what to grow in them. Seeing as I'm new to growing under cover, I'm unsure of how to best utilize the space. I was thinking of possibly using one for growing greens earlier and the other for starting seeds for transplants. I'l love to hear suggestions about what to grow in them. Thanks
