Marshall Rosenberg's process, Nonviolent Communication, is a world-famous, proven, time-tested methodology for
- preventing and resolving misunderstandings and conflicts,
- offering compassionate understanding to others (and knowing when & how to ask for it ourselves),
- speaking our truth in a way that is more likely to lead to harmony than conflict, as well as
- creating exceptional interpersonal relationships - personal and professional.
I've listened so far to the first 3 of 6 interviews Alan Seid did last week in his "NVC and Social Change Telesummit." See the TW Events page for more info. These are really inspiring and fascinating conversations which I'm getting a lot out of. They seem to be geared toward those who already have at least a passing familiarity with the NVC process, but I think even those who've not had NVC training will find the conversations worthwhile.
The conversations continue tomorrow.
Full Disclosure: I am an affiliate for Alan's Blackbelt Communication series, but NOT with this telesummit.
