Hi! It was great to meet you & your dad Roger at the Earthwalk Gathering!

Great photos from that weekend of primitive skills training, especially of the tipi.
I used to live in a tipi so I have found memories of the simplicity & beauty of living so close to the earth. These type of skills, along with cooking salmon on a fire like the indigenous natives did, are important skills as we transition through new times on the changing earth.

It was great to see such a diverse blend of people skilled with their hands, and all the kids! At the Bullock permiculture designn course they include sessions on primitive skills & nature awareness!

Hi Jeffrey

Anytime you add photos they show up on the main Transition "slideshow". We try to encourage people to feature photos that illustrate sustainability activities like gardening, or some times nature photos or art. I noticed your photos are showing up there, and they seem to be some personal photographs of yourself and some friends, but I'm not seeing how they are relative to transition. I wonder if you may have inadvertently posted some personal photos, so you might want to check to make sure they are something you want to add to the transition-activities slideshow. If you want to leave them there, you may want to label them according to how they relate to the transition work so viewers better understand why you have included them.
