How are you currently involved in the Transition?: Founder of Seeds of Change community building and collaborative networking at the Anything Grows school for social change. Creating a social activism training program at the Old Foundry.
Also helping in the growth of the Ground Floor Healing Arts community and the creation of a women's Red Tent room and apothecary.

In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?: Inspiring positive change, community building, support, and sustainability (personal, community-based, global, cosmic)

Do you have particular interests, skills, talents or resources you would like to bring to Transition Whatcom?: The Ground Floor sacred space and The Old Foundry center for social change.
Healing Arts (Reiki master teacher)
Women's Red Tent room and apothecary at the Ground Floor
Doula training and pregnancy education

In what neighborhood or part of the county do you reside?: I'm a nomad currently living in Downtown Bellingham. Connections with many communities around the country and around the world - strongest connections to Asheville NC

Part of my earliest connections with the phrase "Seeds of Change" comes from being a gardener & seed-saver connected with other advocates of open-pollinated seeds, and the New Mexico gardeners who over 20 yrs ago began to preserve seed diversity at the Seeds of Change farm...so the phrase has lived many years in my psyche!
I look forward to our growing connection through the eco-restoration community!
