Education and training for women in transition; mental health services, with a focus on people-centered therapies which empower individuals toward greater self-care. This calls for awareness of community on the micro, macro and mezo levels. My training and practice encompass strength perspective informed treatment, including person-in-environment. We are all having to learn to live in a non-sustainable world, and depression care is part of making the transition to a more sustainable world with our mental health intact.
