Profile Information

How are you currently involved in the Transition?
Since the Great Unleashing, I have been a fringie-interested, supportive, excited-from the sidelines. I suppose my reason for wanting to get involved right now are purely selfish.
I haven't navigated through the site enough to know where/how to post my immediate need, but while I'm waiting to be accepted, I will do that.
In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?
Oh-so-many ways! It would be simpler to identify the ways in which i DON'T identify- that would be none!
Do you have particular interests, skills, talents or resources you would like to bring to Transition Whatcom?
Yes and no. Perhaps here would be a place for a synopsis until I figure out where to "really" post.
I am looking for someone to rent my 3 bedroom house on 1/4 acre in the Birchwood hood beginning mid Nov. I will give details when I figure out where & how.
In what neighborhood or part of the county do you reside?
Wood Hood
Where did you hear about Transition Whatcom and how did you find our community network website?
From months in advance when it was in the planning stage.
Please note that you do not have to answer all of the above questions in order to join, and you can always come back later to edit your profile. If it's all too many questions for now, please provide a short answer below on why you'd like to join this site (or a summary of the above, if answered).
To meet like-minded people, and to connect with possible renters for my Birchwood home.
