Hi Les, Is there a Transition ning site I can recommend to my farmer friends in Western Pennsylvania in the watersheds of the Allegheny River & Ohio River?
Their bioregion is more Western PA, eastern Ohio, and West Virginia....They are located in the rural farming hills outsidw of SE of Pittsburg.
I see there is both a ning site for T-Pennsylvania, and a meet-up site for Pittsburg, but they are rural. Let me know what you recommend I steer them towards. They have been doing the work of nourishing their community since the late 70's....and someday I think they will move towards catching rainwater, setting up graywater systems, and reducing reliance on oil-based machinery.
Hi Les! Thanks for joining up with us on this ning site and offering to do some coaching on our ning site!
I happened to be on the US transtion ning site and noticed you were the author of some very well written & organized pages!
I used to live in the western slope of Colorado! One of my favorite regions & american cultures!
Thanks for all the work you do!
I'll let you know if I start learning to skype! Heather K
