How are you currently involved in the Transition?

I am the Director of non-profit community programs Food Masters and FEAST (Farm Education And Sustainability for Teens) on Orcas Island.

In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?

I am interested in healing the land and healing people. I identify with the transition movement, the sustainability movement, the local food movement, and other progressive community based and land based movements because they are essential to creating and supporting the relationships needed to create a healthy future.

Do you have particular interests, skills, talents or resources you would like to bring to Transition Whatcom?

Anything related to the work I have described.

In what neighborhood or part of the county do you reside?

Orcas Island, San Juan County

Where did you hear about Transition Whatcom and how did you find our community network website?

I heard about it from Heather Ktahdin.
