How are you currently involved in the Transition?

Not involved. Just moving to Bellingham

In what ways do you identify with the Transition movement? Why are you interested?

Interested in learning both sides of the issue in order to make my own decision. I also currently live in Houston TX (4th largest city in USA) and we've passed "Quiet Zones" in this large city where the trains cannot blow their horns. So far there have been no train wrecks and people are sleeping better.

Do you have particular interests, skills, talents or resources you would like to bring to Transition Whatcom?

I've worked my whole life, so have many skills and would be happy to help if I can. I won't be moved in until beginning of 2012

In what neighborhood or part of the county do you reside?

Where did you hear about Transition Whatcom and how did you find our community network website?

My daughter lives in Maple Falls and was involved in saving the 100 Acre Woods on Chuckanut
