The cup fungi were a surprise. The bags were inoculated with oyster mycelium (the 2 center bags are straw, the outer 2 are wood chips). Critters are enjoying the oyster mushrooms, they prefer the young ones: ) My upstream neighbor burns garbage next to this creek and my dogs drink from it.
