It operates 2 branches in Skagit and 1 in Whatcom County. Between 85 - 95% of their shareholders are local. Their primary purpose is small and medium size business lending. They were caught in the economic downturn with too much of their loan equity in real estate, construction and development loans and are now struggling to survive.
