Available October 25, 2012- Large studio room in upstairs of 1912 Craftsman home in downtown Ferndale on a shy acre.  We have 5 varieties of apples, rasberries, marionberries, blueberries, and many raised bed gardens.  Also a pond w/ edible plants and waterfall.  Next are the raised bed trial crops beds in the front:  triticale, barley, flax and dent corn.

Shared kitchen use but a small refrigerator upstairs is available.   Private bathroom with shower and underhouse dry storage included in rent.  $450/ Mo includes all utilities except your phone and a share of the internet cost to my son who lives on the land; Share is $10 / Mo. 

Property is bicycle riding distance to Bellingham and also 2 blocks from the WTA bustop and across from Pioneer Park.
