INDIGO ROSE TOMATO
The 2 inch round fruit have nearly blue skin that occurs on the portion of the fruit that is exposed to light, while the shaded portion starts out green and turns deep red when mature. Inside, the flesh reveals the same rouge tone with a superbly balanced, multi-faceted tomatoey flavor. The indeterminate plants have an open habit and are very vigorous producers. Bred at Oregon State University.The fruit of this unusual tomato contains high levels a naturally occurring antioxidant found in blueberries, and is reported to combat disease. Anthocyanin reveals itself in the vibrant indigo pigmentation of the fruits. For the best flavor and texture, harvest when the colors have deepened and the fruit is soft to the touch.

GIANT GOLDEN MARCONI PEPPER (Sweet)
Thick-walled fruits are very sweet, very mild.
The golden cousin of the red-colored Marconi, this delicious and mild-tasting heirloom pepper is prized in Italy. Very sweet and very large, the 7-10" long tapered fruits are great for eating fresh, frying, grilling or stuffing. Pick at either the light green early stage or wait until fully mature and golden yellow. Harvest in 80-90 days from transplant.

EARLY JALAPENO PEPPER (Hot**)
Very heavy-yielding over a long season!
Ready to pick when dark green. Dark green, pungent 3" hot peppers are excellent fresh or pickled.
Days to Maturity: 65 days

SERRANO CHILI PEPPER (Hot***)
Small finger-shaped hot peppers picked green or red. Easy to dry.
Serrano will give you dozens of fruits per plant. Pick them early when the peppers are green and more mild or wait until they're mature and "red hot". Space plants 18-24" apart.
