I have copies of The Mushroom Cultivator and Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms, by Paul Stamets. I would love for these to go to a good home with someone who could put their information to use, as I am not growing mushrooms anymore. Offer me a trade if you like-- maybe you have apples or pears, or something else in surplus?
