Laurel rd. between the Guide and Hannegan in Bellingham Wa. INCLUDES the following utilities: Electric, Gas, Garbage, Sewer and Water, High speed Internet.  The guest house has radiant heat in the bedroom and bathroom floor, and a radiator in the living room. all appliances are natural gas, There is a washer and dryer in the large bathroom. 

We are looking for community minded folks who like farm animals, children and gardening. Children are welcome. We have a large beautiful garden and yard that is shared. Some yard care and community involvement is required. We have implemented many Permaculture Systems, and welcome people interested in Permaculture and Biodynamics.

Available Octobver 1st $750/month, $800 deposit.
