Heavy Duty Scale?

Seeking to borrow a big heavy-duty scale for the weekend of Aug 12-15.  I need to weigh big garbage cans full of trash, recycling, and compost to calculate the carbon footprint of the Subdued Stringband Jamboree (and thereby learn how to calculate carbon footprint, which I can share with TW).  This is a volunteer effort.  Thanks!

Hi Laura, I don't have a scale, but possibly Mary Jenson who helped create the Zero Waste event at the Great Unleashing would have an idea....Another idea, is to contact Ag Extension and connect with Carbon Masters, as they have volunteers that help with approaching zero waste events and they may know of a souce.

Thanks Heather! SSC agreed to weigh the recycling and FoodPlus, so I only have to weigh the garbage now.
