Private entrance, very functional kitchen, large bathroom with cast iron tub, lots of cupboards, Pergo floors, covered deck, off-street parking.  Share lg yard (1/3 acre) and laundry facilities with friendly landlady and another tenant (both young-thinking 60-ish), old dog, yard cat and a bunch of chickens and ducks (no chickens in the laundry!).  Organic garden space available, eggs and extra storage by arrangement.

Ideal property-mate will be mature and responsible, value good communication, appreciate a quiet peaceful homespace, enjoy privacy as well as good-neighbor community.  Pets considered on case-by-case basis; Dogs MUST be (proven) chicken friendly and (out of respect for geriatric dog) not too rambunctious or dominant. Apartment is not big enough for kids; sorry.  $550/mo includes all utilities except wireless high-speed internet ($20/mo.)
