fish,bird, reptile - MAYBE A SMALL DOG - with great manners!!!
- Private bedroom 10x11 partially furnished (as wanted).
- Common space – fully stocked kitchen with dish washer & GAS stove!
Living room w/ piano, bathroom w/ a generous bathtub, enclosed front porch.
LOTS of garden space available!! Permaculture skills a BIG Plus!!

Month to Month – long term rental preferred………
- Non-smoker preferred, light drinking.
- Small storage available.
- Washer/dryer.
- Close to 2 major bus routes to downtown and county.
- Parking for one car
- Recycling and low impact living..... enviro friendly products.....
- Open to some meal sharing
- I have a TV but it is rarely on, a movie now and then
- I have some early stages of chemical sensitivities - please no petrol
chemical fragrances (soaps, lotions, perfumes, shampoo, cream rinses) –
essential oils most welcome!!!
- Great space for professional or student.

The house is really full with lots of furniture.  Unfortunately, it's mostly a room for rent.  As the ad says, it's a fully stocked kitchen.  It's a small house  :)  cozy.... I LOVE IT!!!

There might be some room for negotiating furniture, art and kitchen things.  I have lived here over 7 yrs and the place is fully stocked and ready to roll......

 

I'm not sure about this weekend - Sunday,  I might be able to do that.  I'll have to get back with you.  Would you write me at my email form now on?  it's much easier than always having to check another site -
