Contractor / Home Repairs handyman sought

Hi all,

I am looking for an affordable carpenter / handyman to do some repairs to my home in Ferndale.   I can pay and also have organic fruit and vegetables to barter ~ greens, zucchini, hazelnuts, blueberries and 4 varieties of apples.  We will have other varieties of squash coming in also ~ heirloom types.

The scope of the work: 

Repair, prime and paint window trims (high second floor so scaffolding may be the safest way to do this.)  Also want to build corbels and install them back on this beautiful 1912 Craftsman home.  This house has 7 gables.  There is some siding damage as well that needs to be repaired / replaced.

I also need to tear out the living room carpet and replace with a wood floor. Later I am planning to tear out and redo the downstairs master bathroom, but can only afford to do the critical repair work at this time, pay as I go.  At some point also will be building a chicken coop.

Someone out there must be looking for a job, and I can use the help.
