I will pay $450.00, you pay $350.00

Nice location, little yard, decent insulation, washer and dryer, reasonable landlord, fairly small unit, sound travels throughout the house.

I am a male in mid twenties seeking moderately tidy and pretty quiet person near my age, plus or minus 5-7 years probably fine. Weekly speak our mind session required (communication is important). We must respect each others life choices (within reason) to get along well.
