About you: able to clean up after yourself, into sharing a few meals per week, conscious about composting/recycling, kid-friendly, willing to communicate proactively, are in general quiet, low impact, but fun, this may be the place for you. Maybe you also are a part-time parent, or love being around kids!

 

About us: Chef/Landscaper Dad with awesome 7 year-old boy half-time.

We go to bed at 8pm on school nights and it’s quiet time. Otherwise we’re laid-back.

 

Rent: $375/month. First and Last + $125 deposit for move-in required.

6 month Rental goes through July, with renewal possible.
