1 bedroom for rent?

Hey I'm a Western student searching for a place to live next year.  My current roommates are pretty strongly in favor of moving to the south side of campus, and I'd rather stay on the north side as it's close to a lot of the stuff that I like to do.  So I was wondering if anyone had need of one extra roommate in a house or maybe a little funky attic apartment (or something along those lines) available for rent; preferably close to downtown/the food coop area, but I'm not too picky and my budget isn't super high!
