"The Norwest Indian College’s Traditional Plants and Foods Program and Community to Community’s Cocinas Sanas/Healthy Kitchens Project are both working to restore health to our people, our cultures, the land, and our community. Come hear what these programs are doing to return balance, health, and justice to our people and our food system in community based traditional ways. Join us for a presentation, cooking demonstrations and a community dialogue about the intersections of food, health, traditional practices, and how our Whatcom County Community can stand in solidarity with programs working for similar goals".    "Saturday January 15, 2011, Whatcom Community College Syre Center 11:00-1:00"
