Join Susy Hymas, owner of Daylight Harvest foods, Master Food Preserver and Nutrition Educator to learn a variety of preservation methods for tomatoes. Susy will demonstrate basic canning of tomatoes to enjoy when good local tomatoes are only a memory. You will also learn about making and canning salsa and when best to dry or freeze your tomato crop.
